The candidate is good. But I would reject him just for using the word "OK" way too may times. I don't know if people agree with me, but the word ok in a statement is too authoritarian.

I would say the candidate was pretty good, he knew lot of commands, UI navigations etc by heart. Ex: restoring a Master DB.

inplace upgrade System DB can be done, however in parallel upgradtaion system db cant be migrated!!!!
