I have a follow up question about resume length as I've been in my field (Events) for over 20 years and have worked on a ton of projects (staff & freelance) and wanted to get your advice on current CV trends for "seasoned" individuals and how to reflect years of experience on a resume...1 page, 2 page, etc...thoughts?

After 18 years I moved to a new job. I like it, but all of the employees are jumping ship and pretty soon it will be two new people and two older employees and one told me she may be applying to another job soon. I only started this job in April. If I start looking for a new job, how do I explain that in a job interview???

I am concerned about tailoring my resume. My work history goes back to the 90's. I have worked in many different industries and had many different titles. If I have relevant experience from multiple time frames it will look like I have gaps in my history. How do I remedy that? I was told to only show the last 5 years, but the last 5 years was at one job that did not show my skills or knowledge at all.
