ОтветитьI agree with the other critiques in the comment section. It would be best if all the resting and standing poses are put together. Additionally I wish it was slower and showed doing each exercise using the opposite side of the body.

ОтветитьI tried your yogas but it was very difficult for me to do such hard yoga because my condition was worst. Now I am just taking the herbal medicines of planet Ayurveda and I can see a great change in my self. There doctor also asked me to do some easy yoga. Thanks to planet Ayurveda for this.

ОтветитьSome of the angles are just wrong with hip and knee replacements. For example the first exercise - the leg is raised up as far as you can go keeping the leg straight. That’s a 90 degree angle when you are not supposed to go past a 45 angle if you have had a hip replacement. Same as the one where you are tummy down and reaching back to pull your foot - it’s not recommended for a knee replacement. Hopefully non of the people exercising had replacements. Many people with arthritis have joint replacements.
ОтветитьJust do aumvilom yoga for 1month.. Aum vilom are just breathing pattern to supply more oxygen to our body... Just do it for 30 min daily.. See the difference... After that u will be able to do these yoga asanas... Ur ra will disappear slowly🙏
ОтветитьPlease make a video that one half is standing and the other half layin down! It is much tooooo difficult to get up and down. It took me longer to get on the floor than the first round of poses, as well as a lot of pain.
ОтветитьI recommend transitioning with flow between movements. As someone with sore knee and back it was frustrating that the video is edited and jumps from floor exercises to standing and then one back to the floor again. Then it took me out of the exercise and I found myself frustrated. We need more flow between movements
ОтветитьIm only 19 years old and i can't walk properly cz of this arthritis can't even stand 1min 😭😭😭😭 and tooo much joinpain backpain hand and feet swollen 😢
