I don’t know why the would allow this owner to dumped this baby here he is just going to end up getting relocated like baloo and Abu where stumptails don’t belong here one cuz they are way to aggressive especially when it comes to food or milk and 2 they do not mix well either the pigtails they don’t get along he’s going to get pushed out of the troop like baloo did!!!!
