i did everything step by step, but when i try to download an app from the store, i dont get the popup that says "do you want to download the last compatible version?" it just shows that i have to upgrade to an iOS 14+ version. anybody know a workaround?

I don't know exactly why, but neither Unlimited Apps, nor Checkmate worked for me. The apps have 9.3.6 versions and everything seems to run fine, but as it was showing unable to purchase, it still shows it.
