What map mods do you recommend for multiplayer and that go with secret_z and the black ops profession? Raven creek for sure? Will any of the facelift mods for day1 get in the way of the secret_z bases?

My girlfriend made the ashenwood map. The blood, sweat and tears she put into to making in it was worth it if so many people got to enjoy the mod.

I’m a big fan of Lake Ivy for its centrality on the overall map. It’s a nice place to have a good base and to use for road trips to other places… these are all great ideas too - excited to check them out!

How about the project russia? I just discovered this exciting map in the steam workshop and it's pretty unique from the other maps since it has it's own vehicles and weapons.

hello everyone, one question, what happens if a mod map doesn't load me in my already started world? Does anyone know why?

Suprised no one ever make a tropical florida styled map already.

My personal favorite map mod is The Museum. It adds a little area between Muldraugh and West Point centered around the Knox County History Museum. It's surprisingly big and has a lot of fun exhibits to steal custom-made tiles to steal and add to your base. Plus, it's supposed to be paired with a couple other mods that add historical weapons and armor to loot from the exhibits as well.

I wish someone would make the city from Left 4 Dead's No Mercy campaign, obviously with plenty of creativity liberties. Knowing how difficult map making is though, I can understand why it hasn't been done yet

Some other maps are great aswell, imo: Daegu is, for example. zomboid'ish "Train to Busan" athmosphere is nice

I'm still surprised there's not been any Australian setting maps. Would be an interesting change to the vanilla experience if there was drought and heat problems instead of the cold winter problems

Otter Creek is a map worth checking out. It isn't as large as some of your other map mods, but it is very well polished and you can tell someone put a lot of thought into it.

Def gonna check some of these out. In process of checking out a few of the honorable mention. Went with a few that just add to vanilla for now just to fill in some of the bare spaces in vanilla. Also allows me to visit multiple maps in one play thru.

my go to is eerie country, it really adds up in apocaliptic feel, raven creek its also there

Dont know if you have tried it but blueberry is pretty good. It has some flaws here and there but overall a pretty solid place.

Great selection of maps but you missed the best one, Monmouth County is huge and the town from the View Askew universe, so you'll come across Jay and Silent Bob, or the store from Clerks, have a burger at Moobys or find the toilet that the Golgotha s demon resides in

One map I checked about a month ago with some friends was the Project Russia map. So far it's looking pretty cool and pairs well with mods that add Russian themed items and vehicles. Has some pretty big cities in it and it should be neat to see how it progresses in the future.

Are there any maps that are linear in nature, like the ones in L4D?

Has anyone tried the map Saint Bernard Hills? I have been playing around with it, and have yet to find any maps of the mod. I still have yet to map it all out, and may just do so in Ghost/God Mode, just to understand what I am dealing with.
RNG has not been kind with map drops, though I am sure it would not be stand alone. Its probably Vanilla.

Tarkov maps like Shoreline, Lighthouse or Customs would be nice 😅

If you wanna die on spawn, go for raven creak. Its one of my favorites because theres so much packed in one location, The spawns can be terrible though. I've had it where it spawns me in the middle of the city completely surrounded by zombies

New player played for 30+ hours, can you guys recommend some cool mods for future references? since my first time playing a game with added mods

DUDE I really enjoyed your last video and I loved this one too! I'm super happy to see you returning to this! I would love to see you turn this into a series, I've always loved looking at map mods, especially seeing new and interesting stuff. If you're gonna do another video, I have some maps I'd also love to see you cover.
Wilbore KY and Glenport are maps I've played myself and they're up there in my fav's. Wilbore is really interesting as a one-way in town off the highway, using a mixture of wreck zones and car spawning to totally block the highway, giving you a "trapped in" kind of experience, it's also sizeable, nice and small but not too small, a very nice middle ground size. Glenport is out of date and is unfinished but is a really special map, I adore how it uses vehicle spawning. It's really fun to use with crashed cars mod. They take advantage of the car and wreck spawning to make really realistic and natural looking car spawning. Cars will spawn in the aisles of parking lot's and on the side of the road instead of only in parking stalls and driveways. Cars and wrecks will also spawn abandoned or together on roads creating natural crash zones separate from the vehicle events. I had one instance where I stumbled across two cars that looked like they collided in an intersection, and another car who stopped shortly behind them. The car spawns are so nice and add a lot to the map.
The other two maps I have are Trimble County and St Bernards Hill. I haven't played them myself yet, although they appear to be really big and high-quality looking maps, Trimble County especially looks really interesting from the screenshots. I'd really appreciate seeing you explore and talk about them since they look too big for me to explore on my own lol
