How to fix "Sorry, this Adobe app is not available"

Turn off the network then open the Adobe Apps and then turn on the network this error will not come again. This is the solution that I am following from today onwards.

This is NOT a fix as the description says, it's a work around to stop the message while working on PS, it will still appear and shut down photoshop if you are online, so it does not fix it.

i've been turning off my wifi while i start PS for a month now since the error started. it worked for me. and now... it doesn't work anymore. the error will still pop-up even when my wifi is off. BIG SIGH
