just bought a hyper x cloud 3 wireless and when i try to use ngenuity regardless of already having plugged in the headset and having it working it asks for an update for the software and when i press yes it tells me to plug in the usb for it which as aforementioned is already plugged in

Hey HyperX, can you make the NGENUITY software available for the MACos too? I have the Alloy 60 keyboard and can't customise it because I don't have a Windows software.

i recently bought HyperX Quadcast and when i plug it into my laptop, the software cant recognize it. I tried to uninstall it and install it from microsoft store but none of that works.

i hate to say it, i just bought a brand new pulsefire raid and it only detected once, nothing helps,

i know this is outdated, but I have the HyperX Alloy Core RGB Keyboard and I cannot see it connect to the app, can you help me fix?

Just bought the Quadcast S, with this software installed, have to say, its kinda garbage, just avoid everyone, the Quadcast S will not be recognized once your PC reboot, until you manually plu and unplug it, the software doesnt see the Quadcast S, ofc you cant do anything about it, what a waste of time.
HyperX wants a share from Logitech and other competitors ? Keep dreaming.

Just downloaded from official site. Tried to install it, nothing. I am with windows 10/64. Any solutions?

All I can say is the NGENUITY software (both the app and the standalone version) are a complete mess and failure. Never in my life I've come across such poorly developed software.
Just look at the many reports of problems people experience with it. I'm a computer/tech savvy (but no software/driver developer) and had to reinstall Windows to get it to work, up to the point where it stopped detecting my HyperX product again because I tested a different keyboard...!?

I really hope for HyperX (HP) that they get their $h!t together, because it's already beyond the point of embarrassment...
Don't develop or release apps to the public if it doesn't work (stable), or put a big header/footer with 'Unstable' on it.

Now I'm again considering to return my HyperX product to never buy it again, or unless they admit their software is indeed a sham and they're actually gonna do something about it.

Such a waste of potential... Their hardware aint half that bad...

I've been recently having a problem with Ngenuity, i bought my Hyperx Cloud Stinger Core Wireless headset a week ago but Ngenuity doesn´t show me my product connected, so i can't turn on the 7.1 sound option or even see the battery charge. Is there any way to fix it?

Hello, I have the HyperX Alloy Elite 2 keyboard and I have a problem with the NGENUITY software. Since the BETA update my keyboard isn't detected and I'm stuck with the default profiles. Tried reinstalling the app, plugged and unplugged the keyboard, tried different ports, everything. Nothing works. The keyboard itself is working fine and doesn't have any problems, but I just cannot change the RGB on it due to the software not detecting it. Also, the app often freezes or crashes. My keyboard was being detected before the last firmware update. Please help me!

I ordered a keyboard on amazon and didn't see that your software doesn't run on macOS. Will I be able to set it up and use it (I'm fine using it without changing the rgb settings) or would it not work on mac at all? Should I return it?

how come the keyboard's profiles run soo poorly when the app is closed, but the only way to change profiles with the keyboard is when the app is closed ???? its like only 2 layers can run without the app being open but then you cant change the profiles since the app isnt open... not soo ideal...

My alloy elite rgb doesnt have much effects. On your website i dont even see it in supported products. Also i cant make extra layers when i put it on Solid(i cant paint keys separately, only one color) And behavior of program is rly wierd. :(

Why just one colour? :( whats wrong with this software.... the 3º preset is ember rainbow, but when you try using explosion rainbow you just can use explosion in ONE COLOUR....
I just wanted the rainbow explosions and the colour change (that the software doesn't have, which is the preset 2, not the breathing mode, but even the breathing mode doesn't have rainbow)
