I find these premier posts annoying, Just put it up when we can view it please..
ОтветитьIs the engine response different to the BRZ?
ОтветитьLoved my 2012 86, the price of the new one makes it less of a no brainer than the original.
Ответить1.Grill
2.side air intakes
3.longer nose on brz
4.bumper
5.splitter
6.wing mirrors (maybe idk)
7....
I wish it had a turbo
ОтветитьShould have yarisGR engine
ОтветитьA manual GTS GR86 in my area is $50,784 delivered whereas a Subaru BRZ S manual is $45,730 delivered. As someone who ordered a GR86 April I am really struggling with this. I know they will sell all the cars but it feels like the enthusiasts (who will purchase the manual) are being penalised. I am about to cancel my order and go with Subaru. As the previous owner of a 2013 86 I am so disappointed with Toyota on this. The manual misses out on a lot of safety tech in the auto so there is even less justification for parity pricing. If I had not stayed loyal to Toyota I would have my car by now for over $5k cheaper. Not happy.
ОтветитьI enjoy your reviews Matt, you're expert enough for me! Nice car wrong price.
ОтветитьThe main reasons they didn't want to add a turbo is because that would increase the price another 10 or 20 thousand dollars majority of buyers aren't looking to spend more money sure!! more hassle tiny bit more fun, for a car like this! doesn't need a turbo when it's and for the content and those manual gear heads, depends on if your goanna track this car everyday yeah! get a manual for those who generally have traffic filled areas and using it for grocery runs, yeah! go for the reliable hassle free auto.
Ответитьnice car, pathetic lame unoriginal uninspiring unfunny review. Lame. What what inept lame vanilla manchild Matt is.
ОтветитьI wonder what caused the massive price hike in AUS. Here in the US the price only went up like $2K for each trim
Ответитьtoo price for a toy, yet not serious enough for the price tag
ОтветитьKiitos ..
ОтветитьWhat color is the car being reviewed?
ОтветитьHow does this compare to the 2022 edition? Any differences? Looks? Specs?
ОтветитьDisable the artificial engine noise!
ОтветитьDrive away for a manual gr 86 was 51k, subaru offered 44k for there limited.
ОтветитьYou don't buy this car if you care about:
1. Fuel consumption
2. Auto gearbox
3. Safety BS blah blah blah ( I hate that stuff on my CX5, most of the time its downright dangerous)
Just buy the BRZ..... Subarau is so much cooler than Toyota.
Anything under $50k these days is normal. When your'e paying $8 for a cauliflower you'll expect $50k for this thing.... It's 2023 after all and we are all F&%ked.
Life is too short to drive a boring car they say.
After waiting 5 months I finally Got my new 86. $51k but no Sat nav. Yes it has apple car play but I live in regional Australia so phone navigation drops out all the time as soon as I get out of metro area. My previous Toyota 86 2017 model had no such issues and that Sat always worked brilliant. Tell me another model car that doesn’t have Sat nav let alone a car costing north of $50k. Most people won’t realise that a mobile phone is much less effective than a factory Sat nav. And don’t get me started on the safety issues and legal issues if you touch your phone whilst driving. The Screen is very small too. Apart from that it’s a great car but come on toyota…….not including Sat nav is going backwards.
ОтветитьIs there an option to turn off the Lane Change Flash feature, as I have in my VW Golf?
ОтветитьThis must have super aggressive gearing to drink that much fuel in such a light car 😅
Drinks as much as an FG Falcon
Smiles per gallon though!
Too impractical, I much prefer a hot hatch.
