I'd love more Tiberius content! Try my build, uses Vicious Assault; it is good to reposition quickly and frequently, putting others in falloff while he is not. The high mobility is crucial for long maps too as his slow projectiles are inconsistent from snipe range, but with Vicious he can leap to a good angle, pressure, and still leap out.

Setup is 3 reset card, applies to both leap charges, and the card for a few hundred shield with each use. I also have high points in trance cd on heavy blade and aim for 2+ targets both trips for a full reset, something Tigron's Fury explode doesn't do. The final 1 pointer is in ult during trance since it's up so often, though ult is for escaping more than killing.

Instrument of Fate 5 - trance cd on heavy blade hits

Rising Stardom 4 - 300 shield on leap

World Traveler 3 - reset both leaps under half hp

Charisma 2 - 100 max hp

Honed Senses 1 - a little extra ult charge
