Thank you for this recipe! Years ago I remember a woman at my church who would always bring this to our fellowship meals. Yum 😊
ОтветитьWhat’s a 6oz packet of jello? How many grams. In Canada it’s only shown in grams
ОтветитьI loved this and I made this for a party thank you for this
ОтветитьVery cool. Never heard of this before 🍓 perfect Summer treat 🌞
ОтветитьCan we sub in real whipped cream for the Cool Whip Oil? What about using brown sugar in the pretzel to sub the white sugar?
ОтветитьI have a friend who is allergic to strawberries but loves jello salads. Can you recommend any other fruits as a substitute?
ОтветитьWe put the pretzels in the blender and turn them into very fine crumbs.
Ответитьcan you make a strawberry rhubarb cake?
Ответитьcan you use sugar free jello???
ОтветитьI made two this morning ❤you have the best recipe of this dessert
Ответитьhow long did you cook your pretzels in the pan for? and after you took it out of the oven for room temperture, how long does it take to cool down? :) i might make this over the weekend for mothers day for 2nd dessert :) and will it be same if i used unsalted pretzels cuz of my high blood pressure :)
ОтветитьShe failed to mention that strawberries release liquid, and if you make the jello according to the instructions on the box, the jello will not harden
Ответитьomg this looks soooooo delicious. im gonna make this soooon <3
ОтветитьGlad I found this recipe. Just made it for our 27th Anniversary. In the fridge now. Lasagna, salad and this sweet dessert! Can't wait to dig in! Thank you for sharing. I did use the fresh strawberries but seen other recipes use sliced frozen. I bought them originally to make this but had to use the fresh before they go bad. I even added a few pecans into the pretzel crust that I crushed up. 😊
ОтветитьI have tried to make this for the life of me, I just can't do it
ОтветитьThis is my husband's requested Birthday (Cake). His favorite dessert. Wish I could thumbs up again. Making it right now.
ОтветитьThis is so fun and pretty and it looks delicious!
ОтветитьTy sm my mom makes this in a pan I took home with this in it and returning it for Easter with the same dish ty
ОтветитьCan I use frozen strawberries?
ОтветитьOooooh, I'm thinking of adding bananas with strawberries 🍓 or even a fruit container fully drained, of course. Truly a fruit salad!
ОтветитьWhat about mixing crushed pecans with the pretzels for added Crust flavor? 🤔 I love this recipe as is but was wondering pecans which I love so much!
ОтветитьI made this with all vegan and gluten free ingredients and it was incredible!
ОтветитьLoving these on Facebook! Please post more oldies ❤
ОтветитьMy mom asked me to bring a strawberry dessert to Easter dinner this year. I came across your video, and this is what I'll be bringing! Thank you! 😊
ОтветитьI need to try this straightforward recipe. It looks yummy 😋
ОтветитьWafi
ОтветитьXavier
ОтветитьIt looks mouth watering delicious.
ОтветитьThat looks so delicious 🤤😋👍
ОтветитьCan you use aluminum pan instead of glass pan??
ОтветитьI have a problem with this video for a few reasons.
1. Your video says 2 cups of pretzels but the written instructions state 2 1/2 cups
2. 2-2 1/2 cups of pretzels does NOT cover the bottom of a 9x 13 pan/ dish. Are you actually using 2 cups like you state in your video?
3. You state 8 oz of cream cheese- there is like 3-4 blocks you threw in per your video. That’s well over 8 oz…so is it actually 8 oz or are you making a different sized portion.
Overall the measurements seem all over the place. Please clarify or provide some insight on this stuff because this dessert looks amazing and sounds great but it absolutely did not work with your video/ recipe instructions
I can’t find cool whip in india! Any substitute?
ОтветитьI have made this recipe for years only I didn't like crushing the pretzels because they polvarized or putting the cool whip/cream cheese spread on top of them because they would stick to the topping. No fun working with pretzels until I tried your recipe. I was amazed at how easy it was to put it together because you gave me some great new tips. 1) Mixing the melted butter and sugar mix with the crushed pretzels in the pan rather than pouring into a cooking glass dish and then mixing it in. 2) Using a scooper to distribute the Cool Whip mix all over the glass baking dish and then spreading it. Omg! What a breeze! No messy pretzels sticking to it. 3) Making your jello mix first so that it gives it time to cool and thicken a little before putting in the strawberries and then adding it over your Cool Whip/cream cheese topping. Although my pretzels still polvarized on the bottom side when I crushed them on top, I can live with that. Overall, these tips made it enjoyable to make! Thank you, Natasha! I always enjoy making your recipes!
ОтветитьBaking and making sweets are just not my things. I tried this recipe and when pouring the jello into the pan parts of the cream cheese mix floated to the top and the jello seeped into the bottom with the pretzels 😡 pretty sure they’ll be mushy and gross once it’s all done.
ОтветитьCan you use frozen whole strawberries?
ОтветитьLooks Delicious I want the recipe
ОтветитьHas anyone tried this with half lemon/half strawberry jello?
ОтветитьI've made this recipe several times talk about delicious thanks Natasha
ОтветитьCan I make this is a disposable foil pan?
ОтветитьMake this with agar-agar please.
ОтветитьHow about the old recipe tried and true…..Watergate salad!!! Yummmm
ОтветитьHow many days ahead can you do this?
ОтветитьA favorite of mine! I could ear the entire dish in 2 days!
ОтветитьI made it today it tase so.good thanks
ОтветитьWe made this for a church potluck, and it's tasty for a summer time treat. There are different variations you can do with it, like raspberry jello with raspberries, orange jello with mandarin oranges, and peach jello with sliced peaches. For Thanksgiving one year, we made it with cranberry jello and cranberries.
ОтветитьI made this and all the jello went to the bottom. What did I do wrong
ОтветитьI will make it thanks natashas
ОтветитьI like it best after the leftovers have set in the fridge a couple of days and the pretzel crust softens.
ОтветитьI made the jello according to the package so it was to watery 😫😫
ОтветитьI love this I've had it before very delious
