ОтветитьYes do best substitutes only 3 or 5 exercises needed for a muscle, like only 3 cable back exercises, or only 5 machine back exercises etc. I love the green line and stilling the frame, helps with my screen shots. ❤

ОтветитьThe bent over dumbbell row is great. I feel the muscle activation in my back and shoulders through the whole range. When you go to failure there is usually a nice pump reward at the end as well.

ОтветитьI have a rowing machine that is great for the cardio. I am interested in the combination rowing and the dumbbell exercises you present. As weigh training is more for strenght and muscile mass, I would think that the two would complement each other.

ОтветитьDo not put one knee up on the bench when doing one arm dumbbell rows. Increase risk of hernia. That is terrible advice he's giving on that one
ОтветитьFor me free weights trump cables and machine my body responds best. I prefer t rows vs bent over bell rows always have. But in order for growth you have to shock muscle groups change up my routine. So when I worked out regularly I did em all. Great video

For the one arm dumbbell row, when should I start my 3 minute rest timer in between sets, right after I finish one arm or after I finish both arms?
