Extractors, gotten and built from ingame market, are a passive resource farm. The Titan being for common resources and Distilling for uncommon can be deployed to a planet every 4/6 hours after you've cleared every node on it. They do have health, but this heals over time when not in use. These can be deployed and retrieved ingame in the same section of Navigation that shows Resources of a planet in lower right, or faster via the Warframe mobile app.

For plastids I go to Helene on Saturn.
