Sir, Sardar Tahir with Sarfraz Sial played a criminal role in The Life Residencia. However, Society has sufficient land but Sarfraz Sial's clash with Sardar Tahir turned this Society into the graveyard for investors.
Secondly, failure in starting development work in The Life Residencia is due to severe shortage of funds. Same was the reason behind murder in Head Office.
Thirdly, TLR has very much potential because TLR is directly linked with Mumtaz City and has a big water dam provided Society manages funds.
Anyway, Sardar Tahir sold bundles of files. He too is the main culprit.
Correction: TLR never used Ch. Majeed name in selling files. Yes there are strong evidences that Ch. Majeed pressurised Sarfraz Sial to sell his land to ZEDEM. Refusal by Sarfraz Sial isolated him in this ruthless field.
Lastly, once again I will say presence of dam & direct link with Mumtaz City plus vast land ownership is a big big plus point. Just lack of funds is the main issue.
