Some confusion but Elizabeth is the Queen of Britain, Queen of Canada, Queen of New Zealand, Queen of Australia and so on. But most countries use the Governor General to act on the Queens behalf. In Australia the Governor General can fire the government this happened in 1975 in Australia when the Governor General fired Prime Minister Gough Whitlam. Then again we don’t vote for the Prime Minister we vote for the government and they choose the leader who kind of picks the Governor General…. It’s completely confusing system.. But It Works.
