Mine says on *#21#. It does not state IMEI started …nor does it says not forwarded. It says disabled on all

i need help, my wife is being cyber attacked, literally as we speak. they have control of all her devices and accounts, i think they got in through the wifi and then rendered the modem/router useless. they keep adding and rernoving weird files from phones and laptops, we just bought a new laptop today and they got in that one.
