The PERFECT One Light Setup for Studio Portraits

These shots are so beautiful. It actually inspired me to get a "36" beauty dish for my first softbox. Do you have a video on how you would edit one light studio portraits like these ?

It is like a wider clamshell set up.

Very nice video well put together you did a good job with one light my only concern is my clients wouldn’t allow me to have a big shadow behind the subject matter, they would expect a nice clean shadowless background!

hello. what settings should we use for such soft light? my equipment ; ad 600 pro, Godox QR-P90, Godox XPRO-N Nikon, nikon d7000

This setup doesn't work that well in a confined space. I can only wish I had the space you have Eli.

It's clamshell lighting

I just subscribed and want to thank you for sharing the knowledge. I mostly do sports photography (self taught TBH) and I have done a couple studio style media days without knowing what I was doing, so this video definitely will be put to use!! Saludos desde Puerto Rico!

The silver reflector on the ground is a great idea. I use a clamshell but that its limiting to headshots
