Any update on this suspension? Is it really worth the couple hundred over its competitors?
ОтветитьClean your bike bro. The devils in the details. lol Looks good otherwise.
ОтветитьDoes this system apply to the 2023 tri-glide...!!
ОтветитьGreat video!!!!
That original HD pre-set preload looked to be about 40mm? Typical HD shortcut, instead of a high quality spring with pre-set of 20mm HD installed a cheap spring and then compressed the hell out of it! This has been a longtime cheap remedy for soft inferior springs.
The RWD pre-set looked to be about 20mm, which is an indication of a quality spring.
New subscriber! Great video man!! I just installed the RWD on rear and I recorded it. Going to upload on my channel in near future
ОтветитьDo you have a motorcycle shop? Love the how to videos.
ОтветитьInstalled on my 15 flhx. I find them uncomfortable, I feel every bump in the road. Adjusted all the way left and all the way right with no difference. Any ideas?
ОтветитьGreat video Raider! Once again you’re costing me money. Lol. I bought the RS1 rear shocks over a year ago and agree: it makes a huge diff. Now it’s on to the front! Thanks brother and ride safe! 👍
ОтветитьSince the bike is so new is it necessary to do a rebuild kit?
ОтветитьGreat video! Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьAnother great video... :-)
ОтветитьGotta be a pain to adjust on an SG
ОтветитьLong time rider, new subscriber. These are some of the best tech videos I've see, you do a great job explaining and demonstrating exactly what you're doing. Thanks very much, ride safe, Semper Fi!
ОтветитьOhlins killer?
ОтветитьI’ve watched this video a couple of times and I’m thinking of going with these front forks for my ultra my 17 ultra. How are you still like it I’m on your road glad from others I have seen these look to be the easiest to install.
ОтветитьGreat Job....
ОтветитьDid you happen to go with the comfort or performance.Even though I have a Road Glide I still want performance but don't want crappy hard ride. Most of the time I'm just riding regular. I like how these have adjustment but not too many. Plus they're made in USA and not like a "O" company owned by Yamaha
ОтветитьALL your how-to videos are OUTSTANDING, only problem is...I don't have the $100,000 in tools, equipment & work garage you have. But, still very valuable to learn everything without missing any details.
ОтветитьNice video. Is that bottom bolt a 12mm or 14mm?
ОтветитьAre these steps and fork oil amounts the same for the dyna cartridge?
I got a set on a bike I bought and would like to refresh them.
Great easy to follow video. I feel like l’ve been training to use that motion pro fork seal driver my whole life. 🫣
ОтветитьHaving a hard time deciding between RWD and Legend... Both front and rear. I had front legend axeo on my fxdls and they were good, rough though. My 2018 road glide special needs new front kit for sure
Ответить40k on my rears. Almost 15k on my fronts already. Absolutely love them.
ОтветитьGreat video as usual. You should do a series on detailing your bike. It's always spotless in your videos. I'd love to see some of the products you use.
ОтветитьGreat job of A to Z install here. I gotta say…watching the ride on the roads, nothing like our crap Michigan roads around Metro Detroit. I’m torn between the RWD for the front or the Ohlins cartridges. I had the Russ W. Rear shocks, they were really good. I liked my Ohlins better in being honest. Great video and instructions, appreciate it!
ОтветитьI was amazed the pinch bolt would hold that axle for the 70-75lbs ft of torque. on my 21 street glide I'm just able to sneak a poking tool in to adjust them after putting it all together
ОтветитьExcellent review!!!!! Much appreciated!!!!!!
ОтветитьHey dude awesome video! Check out Big Bear Performance’s gauge relocation kits for your Road Glide if your interested in being able to adjust the fronts without removing things. When i did the front ohlins Nix 22 fks 228 I couldn’t adjust them unless i removed the bars! So i ended up installing risers and relocating the gauges to the top of the Radio and let me tell you, being able to adjust the front suspension on the fly is a game changer!!
Ответить1942 just noticed that... way to keep the history alive! 👍
ОтветитьGreetings Brother
You do a really good job explaining things step by step.
Seems you're either a teacher or a mechanic.
Great job, I always enjoy your videos.
Peace ✌🏼
I really enjoyed this video. Very informative. Very interesting. I had my 19CVO RG done with legend suspension. Night and day difference from the stock junk. Keep em coming. Can't wait to see the next one. Stuart.
ОтветитьExcellent job, excellent video. You are my #1 when it comes to install videos. I'm building out my 21 RGS with a lot of the parts that you're using and now contemplating front and rear suspension. You gave me additional options to think about. Thanks!
ОтветитьBig 👍👍. Great install as always my man!
ОтветитьAwesome install video! Great details and tip. Thanks man! Good job!
ОтветитьAwesome video Brother! I gotta come see you and we can wrench on my new scoot👀🤣😅
ОтветитьExcellent video! Best one I’ve seen on a job that can seem intimidating.
ОтветитьBeen a long wait for them. Good video as always! ⚡️
ОтветитьWhoot dude. Glad you did this one. It’s on my list!! Smart move on doing one at a time and using the axle for alignment and support
ОтветитьI just did my rear suspension last week (Screamin Eagle Öhlins). Is the front worth the time and money?)
Ответить
