If a speciality cuisine stand alone is charging exuberantly for claiming that it's serving "Authentic" food then they should very well do that else it's a sham party' ! People who visit these places for their exclusivity factor also first earn that kind of money to spend in order to experience the uniqueness. not All Who visit A list joints are rich 🤑

Other spices are turmeric, maybe some urucum powder, bay leaf, with parsley and spring onions. You can also have some vegetables added too, like onions, carrots cut into small cubes or peas.... corn even.
