I have to strongly disagree with conflating NTR with anything to do with rape fantasies. The reason is actually extremely simple: There's a difference in NTR's "meaning" in the West as opposed to what the Japanese "meaning" of the genre in an extremely broad and very clear focused fetish PoV.

I strongly disapprove of NTR. Well, I am only a +1 to the amount of people contributing to the study but here is my case:

I mostly avoided ntr related things as the thought was either not appealing or worse. In real life I've went from a very happy two year long relationship to a terrible break up.
