Put it in the gun safe.
ОтветитьIf anybody does keep a significant amount of cash at home, the last thing they want to do is shout about it.
ОтветитьAll y'all jealous because you're broke😜
ОтветитьHe could have just said 10k and be done with it! 😆
ОтветитьWhen the value fiat currency tank $70 grand will only buy you a bicycle.
ОтветитьI wonder how many other people who think when Dave says pay cash for everything means not putting cash away into a bank account, but stashing it away at home. What is there's a fire or someone burgles you, that's your life savings gone.
ОтветитьNo mention of a high yield savings account
ОтветитьCash is good for gas and food. It is good for every day expenses. Only deposit a few hundred at most.
ОтветитьI always kept money in my place since i sold my house 9 years ago, cashed and withrew almost 340k kept it in the save years with no problems...by the way i drive a 1993 toyota corrola
ОтветитьIm so sick of tips!!!!
ОтветитьThank you for this one i was wondering the same thanks Beverly
ОтветитьSo we got scammed and the scammers got $9,000 out of our bank account and my husband said we're going to keep most of our cash at home now. I feel like this is probably just reactionary. The scammer tricked me and our Bank didn't pay attention and didn't seem to care that our account was being drained over a week and a half. So I have been wondering this too. We switch to a much better bank. And I know that someone breaking in and taking our money is also a possibility so maybe we just need to have faith in God....
ОтветитьWhat a waste of time . . DAVE really let us down on this waste of time video prentation
ОтветитьAt any moment, your identity can be stolen and your accounts (which ALL have online presence nowadays) can be drained and the bank will tell you "tough shit."
ОтветитьThere might be a better chance of being robbed by the bank or the government these days
ОтветитьNow THIS is stupid indeed.
Ответитьkristens sisters lake
michael welchs inked mistake
jody welch brechts steak
Putting the cash into gold would make more sense though.
ОтветитьBanks wont give you much at once, especially when there is a run on the banks.
Keep what you think you should hidden or at home.
I would never keep large sums of money at home. What about fire? Your insurance company isn't going to replace all that cash that burns up. Even fire proof safes don't protect after a certain length of time or temperature. Which is a far more likely, then some other scenario mentioned.
ОтветитьNow Credit Unions are paying 5% for 6 to 12 months certificates.
ОтветитьI thought this was the guy that had Mark Cuban on telling you to get to get 100 dollar bills 100000 or 200000 where you can get to it quickly without banks!
Ответитьindex funds honey. keep a small amount of physical cash, and gold at home though.
ОтветитьI don’t recall in any renters insurance or homeowners insurance that covered more the about $200 cash or cash equivalent such has precious metals or bullion. By the way, I don’t keep cash to home nor do I own any precious metals or bullion.
ОтветитьWhy do people think cause you have a large amount of cash to buy something you got to be a drug dealer ?
People do work hard for there money.
I must reveal this about myself. I keep my savings and my business fund in my sock drawer. I’m a young man, so it’s not that much money. (About $4000) I’m single, so every time I bring a girl over I think she wonders what I do for a living! 😂😂 I do that because I am paranoid about hacker thieves.
ОтветитьWrap a stack of Ben Franklins in aluminum foil
...Triple thickness. Put those stacks somewhere LOW and DRY. (If you ever visit a structure after a fire, you will likely see the high areas gone or charred, while the very low areas may still have carpet, painted trim, etc.
In five minutes, I can grab thousands of $$$
cash, ignition key, car always 3/4 tank of fuel,
place another four gallon tank of fuel in the
trunk and be on the road.
I'm good for many hundreds of miles of driving
plus a month of "motel stays'.
My chest of important things in the trunk
(blanket, first aid kit, flares, shovel, jumper cables, air pump, tool set, flash lights/batteries,
etc. also include bottled water and food/snacks.)
A power blackout will very likely affect banks and gasoline stations. Hospitals probably have an alternate source and MAY permit you to charge your phone...if you don't have an adapter
that runs off your vehicle.
How to tell the whole internet you have large amounts of cash at home and your location
ОтветитьI keep about 3 grand at home for emergencies and it comes in useful for things like home repairs since you can often get a deal or avoid taxes with cash. Its difficult to go to the bank when you have something unexpected to pay for like that.
ОтветитьImagine thinking that someone who says they pay cash for things means actual physical dollar bills. Maybe this woman should keep cash because otherwise she is going to get scammed. Cant give your bills to an indian call centre.
ОтветитьActually you can go down to the automobile store and put cash down. People do it
ОтветитьKeep it under the Mattress 😊
ОтветитьDave got a ccw? Nice 👌
ОтветитьAs the doctor/investor in the family, I have to pay for group and family restaurant meals, EVERY TIME. It's annoying to dine with fully employed family members and they never offer to pay the bill. I never liked handing my credit card over to a waitress to take to the back room (so easy for fraud to occur), eventhough my newest card has 3% cash back for restaurants. Thus I always need a stack of $50's. Also, with criminals targeting bank and ATM customers, fewer withdrawal trips is safer. So for me, I need a modest wad.
ОтветитьThe lady has weird vocabulary. Automobile Store?
ОтветитьI keep a large amount cash under the floor boards. Keep it a secret.
ОтветитьFirst happen. Never keep that kind of cash under the mattress or in a dresser. In a safe would be it
ОтветитьA year later, the banking situation is only slightly different. I may not be making interest on the money, but at i least i have the money.
ОтветитьI promise you’re not a redneck cause we love cash
ОтветитьActually this may be a good idea because our banks we may be entering a new Great depression
Ответитьshe is the epitome of Boise Idaho.
ОтветитьI worked in the Philippines in the 80's. A very good friend of mine went to a car dealership to buy a new truck with US$18K equivalent in bags. But it was in Philippine pesos and the biggest note was P100 and I believe the exchange rate was about P14=$1 at the time. It's like taking over 2500, $7 bills to a car dealership.
He was a great guy, but his willingness to carry a lot of cash may have gotten him killed in 1986. RIP Mark.
Bet that lady has more cash in her house than the local bank branch office has on hand.
ОтветитьDave is so right just ask all those people at Silicone Valley Bank
ОтветитьWe keep $200 cash at all times for the pizza guy.
ОтветитьThis aged real well. Look at what's happening to the banks right now....
ОтветитьWhen Prime Minister Trudeau froze a lot of Canadian’s bank accounts (illegally)during the Truckers demonstration in Ottawa a whole segment of our country began to think about what he (might/could/would) do if he didn’t like something we wrote or said or put on a TShirt. Money was moved FROM our bank accounts to a really safe place.
ОтветитьAfter the first million the mattress gets really lumpy
ОтветитьMy father in law thought my wife should have a new car so when we were leaving after a visit, he hands her a brown paper sack with 20k in it. She went to the car dealer and plopped it down and said let's make a deal. She got a good deal!
