Excel How To Combine Tables with Different Column Orders

I am creating a pilot logbook. I'm trying to combine my gliding logbook with my powered logbook. The powered logbook has lots of columns. Whereas my gliding one doesnt. This method seems to work fine if there are no gaps between the column data.

What is the solution for gaps between the columns of data?
