Can you guys please do a video on how to route tracks into DAWS? Tascam has videos on how to, and all yall do is say that you can.

Mine is not sending audio out of channels 3-12 and only the first channel. Is it broken or a setup issue?

i can't seem to get it to let me hear the computers' audio back through it though. when i play back the audio from my DAW (or anything from my computer), no audio can be heard at all.

Using it with Logic Pro, I noticed that the volume fader is completely ignored: I cannot adjust the input volume using the mixer fader, if I move the fader up and down the input level on the DAW remains the same. While, if I move the gain knob, it works and the gain level on the DAW changes. Why the gain knob works and the volume faders do not? In a few words: volume faders are not recognized by the software, is there any possibility to solve it?

Quick question please. Do you have your studio monitors connected to the L-12 or to the computer?

Most of the when I connect it will say no audio device found . And even when connected the audio is too low for live stream . What’s the issue

Can I still get a driver for the L12 to work with Windows 7? The ones currently on the website do not work.

I had a bad experience where the mute buttons wouldn't mute to the monitor mixes. Is this a bug or a feature?

When I use as USB return, the music is missing the bass but when I use RCA to headphone jack of the computer the music is normal, not missing bass. Why is that? Any idea?

I had it running perfectly a few days ago. Today I Opened ableton, and it said Failed to open when I want to choose the Audio Device. I did everything you said again, installed the drivers again, and still doesnt work.. can you help plesase?

Hello there, If I am using the Zoom L-12 as an audio interface, I understand the input are the tracks 1-12, but also xlr from the Master R/L (as showned in the video when using protools) . consequently, what are the physical output on the zoom l-12 to go to my monitors ?

I have just purchased an L-12 and was hoping to be able to control my Cubase mixer etc like the R16 that I traded in did. The Zoom L-12 has many more plusses, however I miss the tactile mixer feel I had with the R16 in my Cubase Pro 10 / studio setup. Would it be possible to create a surface controller function similar to the R16 with a firmware update, sure would be nice.

A question for you about the L12.

I am a guitar player,
I have a Zoom L12, when I open it in Pro Tolls in interface mode, I have the clear impression that I am hearing the sound of the mixer/master and the return of the softwere (pro tools).

- Could you tell me how to make it so that I only hear the return on the program?
(for example when I'm playing a song, or just adjusting the timbre of my guitar)?

I use the output (Master OUT) for my audio monitors.

I just got the L-12, and I have questions I can't really get answers to. (Admittedly, I haven't had much time to play around with it yet.) My biggest question regarding using it as an interface: am I only able to route the return stereo mix from Garageband to channels 9 and 10? And not 11 and 12? I haven't been able to get the return mix to go to 11 and 12, just 9 and 10. And is it not possible to use all twelve inputs simultaneously when recording to a DAW, AND use the L-12 to monitor your sound, if your return sound HAS to go to either 9-10 or 11-12? Not that it's likely I would need to use more than eight inputs at a time, but I need to know...

After updating Windows driver can no longer be found my laptop. Apparently this is a known issue with the newest update of Windows. Any work arounds or suggestions? Thank you in advance.

When using this as an audio interface on PC, can you use the EQ on master out/monitors (like on a gig) but at the same time record the tracks without the EQ? I've read in the manual that the tracks are recorded on pc just after gain + comp. There was nothing about the EQ so I'm not sure.

Hi, can you compare Soundcraft 12-MTK with Zoom LifeTrak L-12? Which is better for recording signal and which is better for stage performance? I am waiting your recommendation.

I bought and installed the L-12 the other day. But I seem to be having troubles with the Audio cutting out on it when I use it as an Interface for FL Studio. I set the Sample rate to 48000 but still get the audio cuts where I would have to restart FL for it to work. After restarting the Audio sends fine but after about 5 minutes the audio cuts again. This is obviously very tedious.
I have been able to narrow it down to a software problem on FL but I'm not sure what the correct setings are that I have to set in FL.

Am I doing something wrong? Please Help.

I was very excited to buy this til I noticed there was no AUX out/return for external effects, it should have at least one, and a stereo in (tape/CD in). Also, given that the EQ is digital, why limit the cutoff to 100Hz? Make 3 sweepable bands which the user can define, one going as low as 45Hz. Gonna wait for a new version.

Having an issue in usb mode within protools. Can record but can’t hear any audio back, even with the usb buttons engaged.

How do I record in stereo or how a normal interface records

Can the Livetrak record the EQ settings I create for the individual tracks? Every time I try, it seems to bypass them. What’s the point in giving EQ if the L12 cannot record them?

Does it work with FL studio?

Ok all in interface mode with my ipad u can have 4 separate.mono tracks 9 10 11 12 as separated signals
Same for sd card but youll need to export stereo.files and split them in a daw.
