Soooo thankful that you covered all budget options. Awesome!
ОтветитьI went for the remarkable 2 tablet because of the paper matt screen, as i play outdoors in direct sunlight.
ОтветитьNow I need to learn to read music .. might help
ОтветитьThis is really neat and extremely helpful. I am only at 17 minutes and will wait to see if some questions will yet be answered.. but I had one now.. on the peddle .. If I am recording with a mic and the peddle is pushed I'd get clicking .. I am assuming such... silent Pendle would be neat.
ОтветитьWhat app would you reccomend for sheet scanning?
ОтветитьI have the ipad pro M1 12.9 and the batterylife is bad, I think 4-5 hours using forescore…
ОтветитьSAO iPad background? I can respect that. ⚔️
ОтветитьCan forscore handle repeats, coda’s, etc that jump around to different pages?
Great video! Thanks
You should comb your hair and wear pants on video.
Ответитьhi! i´ve been using a tablet for music for a while, i have a really big issue nevertheless.. its using it outdoors during the day, the tablet becomes a mirror and is really hard to read through the shiny reflections.. any advice with that?
ОтветитьThe page turner seems as if it would be a tad noisy; especially during ppp passages. Is it?
ОтветитьHow does the foot pedal actually work? How do you integrate it with different devices? What about turning pages with facial movements?
ОтветитьReally enjoyed your site. One question is Do you have to purchase an ipad that has both wi-fi and cellilar capabilitites ? Thank you
ОтветитьGreat video! Now for people like me who are ALWAYS worried about battery failure, as mentioned you do not always have the option of being plugged in to a charger…what I do and recommend is using a powerbank connected to your iPad, that way there is no worries at all and no plugging into a wall needed…just a cable between your powerbank and your iPad. The beauty is you can have your Powerbank velcro’d, or 3M stuck or simply placed beside your iPad with no wires in your way or on the ground etc etc…options are endless!
Ответитьyou can have multiple shots at annotating a score with this rather amazing invention called a PENCIL
ОтветитьIs there a good alternative to Forscore on Android?
ОтветитьMost of the video is idle chatter.
ОтветитьThanks to this video, I have made the move to paperless sheet music! My life is much easier because now I conduct my school choir, teach my elementary music classes, and play in my ensemble all from my iPad! Thank you so much for making the transition clear and easy. And for the discount on my Soundbrenner Stomp!
ОтветитьIs there an alternativ to the soundbrenner stomp?
ОтветитьIs the (stomp) page turner pedal noisy? I mean, would it be noticeable by ear in a performance/recording?
ОтветитьDear Adam what is the big tablet 12'' ? Ipad pro or Surface ?Thank You :)
ОтветитьI couldn’t find the app Microsoft one drive pdf viewer on my brand new iPad Pro. Please help 😊
ОтветитьWhat model is the iPad Pro case?
Ответитьthis video inspired me to go paperless
thanks Adam
I would like to see you demonstrate playing using this page turner pedal. My hesitancy up to this point has been that my marimba (and yours since we both have the Izzy) is 2.5 meters long, and as one is moving up and down the instrument, what if the pedal can't be easily reached? For stationary players, this pedal is great (I have seen it used by players in my Orchestra), but for someone whose feet are constantly on the go, this pedal seems risky or difficult to use.
ОтветитьThis pedal seems very noisy, what if you don't want to hear any clicks on stage ? Do you have an alternative to propose ?
ОтветитьI have been doing this for years with Forescore and an airturn pedal on an IPad
ОтветитьAny updates on your mallets and when they’re coming out?
ОтветитьThis is perfect timing, I just got an iPad to go paperless but haven’t set it up yet
ОтветитьWhat do you recommend to do so you can get better at mallets during the summer ? I usually play tambourine in my band and I want to play bells and marimba
ОтветитьHi!
ОтветитьThis actually seems to be what a lot of artist I’ve seen recent start to switch to, I know some of my techs have tablets with full scores whenever we are doing marching clinics instead of the various pages. I think the funniest thing I’ve seen in regards to the surplus of paper for a piece is As One’s score. Two of my friends recently performed it and they taped 4 pages of music to one side of cardboard and the rest of the pages on the backside and halfway through their performance they had to flip around the cardboard 😂 This will definitely make music reading easier.
