Amsterdam With Kids - What to Do and See

This is very cool. Thanks! We are planing a trip to Amsterdam with kids this summer. How about bike rental? Are there kids bikes for rent? Kids are 5 and 8 y old. We would like to visit Van Gogh museum. Is it doable with kids?

Useful recommendations, thanks. Although I do find it rather hilarious that you went to Amsterdam and tried to take Ubers everywhere. You literally went to the most famously walkable, bikeable city in the world, with amazing public transit and you tried to use cars. That's SO American. haha.

I really wanted to travel with my little boy but as it'll be our first time I'm terrified of going somewhere so far away and unfamiliar then I thought of Amsterdam but as you said it's a travel destination most know to younger people and smokers but this has really excited me
