Great job. Very MVP-like :-) One food for thought. Perhaps the new NAT GW in Azure can be associated with each Subnet (one per) and then 'maybe' it can help predict the outbound IP used by AF? I've been contemplating that too. But the IP Prefix made it not as much a priority since that can work too.
