Send Calendar Invites from Microsoft Outlook | Invite Attendees | Save as iCalendar ics File Format

How do i join an ics file type event, do i click a link and get in a video cal or something

I do not have a "Meeting" tab. Is this a version issue? What version of Outlook is being used?

If you send the meeting by using calendar, can that person opoen an actually accept it? or icalendar dies not allow that ?

How can you make the invite into a URL?
