Dr. Do you have any vitamins that I can give to my 11 y/o.?
ОтветитьI was thinking that all the vitamins are natural 😂
ОтветитьSad thing is that you can NEVER rely on food - because the soils globally are dessimated and then the food is messed with, even organic. Folk do what they can - trial and error as to what you eat or supplement with makes you feel.
ОтветитьDr. Berg, do you recommend taking cq10? If so, what brand do you recommend?
Ответитьwhy dont you have a supplement with all vit b? I use to buy all natural vitamins in Aus made only from vegetables adn 1 tabelt gave more than enough. but the company has closed down as Aussi morons buy synthtic vits adn not the one coming from natural sources.

ОтветитьThank you! You just validated this intuition I had. I’ve been taking 2-3 handfuls of pills every day for 10 years. Recently I opened my cabinet and it hit me this feeling that it was all toxic shit. It’s hard to quit since I’ve been convinced I need all of it.

ОтветитьWhat is a fat 'sayable' vitamins?
ОтветитьAnd your product contains, MAGNESIUM STEARATE, EXPLAIN DR.BERG?
Ответитьwhat about vitamin D?
ОтветитьThank you for this video. However, I still have a question. Suppose that one wants to extract vitamin C from blueberries: how will they do it? They probably still need some sort of solvent extraction or related because you cannot magically isolate vitamin C from all the other vitamins and minerals? I would have the same question for mineral supplements? How do they extract magnesium, zinc, etc? This is related to the concerns of residual solvents in synthetic supplements. All the rest of the arguments make sense and I am totally in line with co-factors and "helpers" as described.
ОтветитьYour soul is more important than your body you gonna die whether you eat healthy or not Soul is eternal physical body temporary

ОтветитьCan anyone suggest a good quality vitamin d supplement which is natural
Ответитьso are there any natural vitamins in pill form? when I look them up they all seem to be synthetic
ОтветитьI give up. I’m just going natural with everything. Just poured out all of my vitamins. I’ll get what I need from healthy unprocessed foods. Cause basically everything made by industrialization is simply poison and these companies will hide it all for a quick profit.
Ответить--------- Synthetic vitamins are often made using industrial petrochemicals and solvents, which can increase the toxic
load on the body. Worse yet, the body may not recognize the isolated nutrient, consider it a foreign body, and target it for removal.
Point is, the potential for long-term risk to human health far outweighs any health benefits or cost savings associated with consuming synthetic vitamins in the short term.
--------- Consider the choices We believe it is pretty safe to assume that most of us would choose vitamins from the food source over their synthetic counterparts. But, what if the body simply cannot tell the difference between synthetic and natural vitamins? Would that be enough to make up for the fact that synthetic vitamins are made using industrial chemicals? Probably not. Well, how about the fact that synthetic vitamins are, on average, cheaper than vitamins from food sources? Not even then.
--------- The Food and Drug Administration does not consider vitamins from food better than synthetic vitamins across any of the measures we have discussed so far — bioavailability, absorption, or safety. In fact, the FDA actually considers the synthetic forms to be better because their identity can be validated and stringent lab controls can ensure a consistent and reliable amount of the nutrients in every dose.
--------- Just like drugs. And perhaps the FDA and other manufacturers of synthetic vitamins assume that consumers will simply accept the negative effects as the price for minimizing deficiency risk in the short term. Point is, none of us would choose to take a synthetic vitamin if food-source alternatives were easily available and affordable.
titanium dioxide I avoid like the plague its in a lot of vitamin c pills
Ответитьcan I make liposomal vitamin c using camu camu powder?
ОтветитьDr. Brad Stanfeld says tocotrienols are not good for you.
ОтветитьWhat about additives like rice flour, rice bran, etc...how do you know if healthy? Anyone? Since Dr.Berg doesn't often answer questions...
ОтветитьNever buy a naturally derived vitamin without a metals test for that specific lot #. All of them have metals as the food is grown from the ground then dehydrated. Many have been found to have dangerous levels of metals. Without the testing naturally derived is more dangerous than synthetically derived in my understanding.
ОтветитьFrom the get go, your analogy is fallacious. You can't say natural vs artificial flavors is analogous to the issue of natural vs synthetic molecules. A molecule is a molecule. No difference.
ОтветитьWhat about vitamin C?
ОтветитьWhat if you have a deficiency? I have red that you need a very high dose to correct your deficiency and that is not possible through foods. Food based supplements has a lower dosage.
ОтветитьThank you so much. Can you PLEASE give us a LIST of GOOD VIT BRANDS and a LIST of BAD VITS? PLEASE? 💖🙏💖
ОтветитьDr selenium over 50 I believe must not take
ОтветитьDr and non-Acidic vit C. Good or bad.thanks for the info
ОтветитьThank you! This is what I needed because I've already started moving away from taking all-sorts of pills ... vitamins
ОтветитьNo more centrum for me
ОтветитьTy❤😊
ОтветитьIs the glue they put in vitamins killing people? Many of the vitamin supplements, if not most can be very constipating. That is not going to increase your lifespan believe me. If you stop taking all vitamin supplements and you notice you feel significantly better in three days, you may have figured out something most people don't.
ОтветитьYou are awesome! I have learn so much from your videos, thank you❤
ОтветитьI Do Believe HE KNOWS HIS MEDS
Ответить1 video you say there good next video say explaining there no good . Which 1 is good one to take ?
ОтветитьSorry but I agree with several commentators here that to warn us about poison in vitamins is a good idea -- thank you - but not to give us a list of those health-destroying vits is a little bit odd. What is your response?
Ответить
