ОтветитьI just use a standard portion for oatmeal (currently 4 pt for 1/3 cup uncooked Bob's protein oats) and potatoes. It still has calories.

ОтветитьI’m confused. If this is such a great program, why are they constantly changing their point system? Shouldn’t the original program work today as when they started? Kind of like keto or carnivore that’s been around thousands of years and still works the same today? Asking for better understanding is all.

ОтветитьI noticed with the new 0 points food like potatoes it says 1 medium or ½ c is 0 points but when you load it for the servings servings then is says points. Does that mean their 1 medium or ½ cup is 0 and that is what it is for the Zero points food not say 1c for 0. Hope that makes sense..lol
ОтветитьI need accountability- I did much better on plans that pretty much everything had points. It told me when to stop eating vs until Im satisified. I didnt gain weight by judging my satisfied feeling.

ОтветитьThanks for this I saw it on the app yesterday I am so excited! I take pictures of my food anyway so I am looking to see better results now that they have stepped the game up! I reach lifetime 20 years ago and kept it off for 2 years but now I am struggling as I am older now and it doesn't come off as easy lol!

ОтветитьTo learn to eat when satisfy is a bit WW ‘s responsibility to teach. They never taught me that. Even if I lost 40 lbs and I have high cholesterol. That’s my responsibility, but glad to see WW coming out of promotion crappy food.

Ответить10 years ago ww helped me lose 30kg and I got fit n healthy. Once they changed the plan they doubled the points of my occasional treats and made me afraid to track and feel guilt so I fell off the wagon and am nearly at my start weight :(

ОтветитьBeen on ww 2 weeks. Been measuring everything by weight, staying in my points, drinking water, ice tea no sweetner, not loosing. I think it’s my carbs. I think I need to cut my carbs to 50. My carbs have been around 80.
Measure all zero point foods too. Just frustrated.
FYI I say non starchy veggies , I meant to say starchy veggies . ALL VEGGIES STARCHY AND NON STARCHY ARE ZERO POINTS
