I’m a mama of three precious babies and I’m struggling with this as well. Heaviest I’ve ever been and my last baby is now 3. I’m very blessed that my husband is such a great man that he supports me and loves me as I am and he doesn’t see what I see. I just turned 40 last month so I’m sure that it will be challenging to get this weight off but I’ll get there. Mamas be easy on yourself and keep in mind that what your body created is magical ❤

When I lived in Vancouver BC, I went to BSF for four years and loved it. The best bible study ever. Now I have moved to Victoria BC and there is no BSF here so am considering doing the classes on line. Thanks so much for reminding me of BSF and that I have a friend going in the USA.

I have a nearly 4 yr old bpy and a baby girl on the way, and have been working for the last couple of years - it is HARD! Thank you for being so raw and honest about life as a working mom, it makes others like me feel seen and normal and more capable of handling it. I have mostly worked from home but did not have a good routine, but I'm starting a new job soon and getting my family into a better routine now to set us up for success. Wish us all luck for when baby girl arrives!

I’m really glad you mentioned you had a nanny. Firstly because there’s no way anyone could look as good as you or be as calm as you with 2 kids without a nanny!

Even if it sounds harsh, it's true: The problem is that you gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy and probably ate too much, which wasn't healthy for the pregnancy and for you. Many people think that gaining so much weight during pregnancy is completely okay because a child is growing inside you. They use their pregnancy as an excuse for being overweight. A maximum of 15kg weight gain is still ok, a 6-10kg weight gain would be healthier. Women who continue their normal eating habits during pregnancy usually have no problem regaining their old weight after 3-6 months. I worked in a gynecologist's office for 16 years, I know what I'm talking about. Whitewashing doesn't do anyone any good.

You are such an encouragement! You are so authentic! I love your openness and honesty about having a nanny & Mother’s Day out! So many online moms work full time and then
lie and deceive and hide these things and it’s not healthy to showcase as you said everything being on 1 person like that, it’s not sustainable to do it allllllllll, especially when working outside the home. I love how much of a team you are with your hubby and I can truly see all the love you guys have for one another and your babies! God is so good! God bless 💛💛💛

Precious woman, you ARE amazing. Thank you for sharing you being you. I think it’s common for most women to dislike their body at some point. But one of the best things that you can do for your body right now is to get enough sleep, and drink enough water -which as a mama of 2 small people is no mean feat!
Keep teaching your bubbas how much Jesus loves them and you’ve got the big stuff sorted. 😊👍

Loved this video! Yt usually has moms waking up at 5am to workout and that’s not my reality right now, this is! Baby and kiddo snuggles. Breakfast together, not knowing what’s for dinner lol. And thank you for sharing about your body too. It is hard to see ourselves this way but it’s probably not permanent and it’s just the current season.

Took a break from what I thought was important to indulge in my Motherhood era. Not a single regret.
In motherhood it can be hard to find time for yourself which makes it easy to unlove yourself. I have a 14 year old and a wild 2 year old. Who knew the teenage and toddler years would be so eventful😂You’re a beautiful woman and mother. Love these videos, look forward to more.

Thank you for showing your children in bed with you in the morning! It was a reminder for me of my time with my baby in the morning before my husband went off to work. we would all get into bed, I would get coffee for me and my husband and chocolate milk in a sippy cup for my 11 month old son. We would watch Star Trek, the Next Generation. He is now an adult and we talk about how magical that time was 23 years ago!
