मेरी कोई इनकम नही है, सिर्फ बैंक का ब्याज ₹12000 मिलता है। मुझे बिलेटेड आईटीआर भरनी है। ऑनलाइन जाकर जब भरने लगता हूं तो पर्सनल इन्फॉर्मेशन के बाद सभी कॉलम ग्रे मिलते हैं, इसमें मुझे प्राप्त ब्याज जो AIS में दिखाया गया है वही नजर आता है।लेकिन proceed भी ग्रे है, आगे जाने नहीं देता कैसे आईटीआर भरूं। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

Sir, I have an outstanding demand.I paid the amount and downloaded the challan today i.e. on 31st July,2023.While submitting response ,I filled the details and uploaded the pdf of challan.Before clicking on 'submit'button I decided to view the uploaded challan.Then the portal logged out itself.After logging in again ,I have not found anything in pending action.Whenever I clicked on " Pending action " menu it shows "No records of Outstanding demand found"What should I do now?
