Ответитьsuch a great video ! it's really helpful ! thank you
ОтветитьThere is definitely way more foot swapping techniques than 4!
ОтветитьI think pushing/pressing with the palms is also an important technique (and mantling)
ОтветитьLove this video thank you!❤🎉
ОтветитьExcellent video.
Ответитьguys... you forgot fig4
Ответитьfantastic
ОтветитьIncredibly informative video, I'm off to the climbing wall right now to try it all out, thank you so much for helping us one more day
ОтветитьJamming?
ОтветитьI’ve got a specific problem in mind at the gym to practice what you were saying about toe hooks 😄 Thanks for the great technique tips!
ОтветитьWas my chance to be in a lattice video but I didn't spot myself in the background :(
ОтветитьCrimping is so old school
ОтветитьYou forget knee bars
ОтветитьOne technique you have actually missed is clamping down with both feet (most often in a frog like position) on say a pinch-style hold, useful when the handhold itself isn't good enough to hold you on the wall with one foot.
ОтветитьIt's impressive how much you covered in so little time. Very well done.
Perhaps piano matching and smearing could find their way into a future video for those slab seekers.
Hmmm, perhaps i need to be Pogo'ing instead of violently swinging my upper body into throws....nice one thanks for the tips!
Ответитьwell done :) i m questioning myself, is overgripping worth enough, to be in this video? Is it a technique?
Ответитьpogo is a great technique, not only for generating momentum, but also to inhibit momentum, for example on downward moves, or bad holds when you need a quick match before going further!
ОтветитьGreat video. All things I wish I knew when I started out and a few tips I could take with me even now.
