Brand new and exclusive to More4: Architectural designer Charlie Luxton returns for a fourth series of the show that helps people build dream homes that are both amazing and affordable.

In the first episode, Charlie heads to Tyne and Wear, to help Duncan and Susan Marshall build a very large Georgian-inspired family home. Builder Duncan and teacher Susan have moved their young family four times in just seven years. Now they want to create a family home where their boys can grow up, and they can grow older. But the Georgian look isn't easy to accomplish and Charlie has to intervene to help them achieve an authentic feel for their new home. However, before work can even begin, they encounter problems of a different kind when ancient mines are discovered under the site. Filling the mines will leave a huge hole in their budget and could cause the whole project to collapse.
