ОтветитьI used to only use a daisy keech workout and never really saw HOURGLASS progress, only a bit of abs. Until i tried Lily on the 10 September and I can guarantee in these few days I’ve seen the most progress ever! Thank you Lily💗

day 1- i kind of felt the burn! it wasn’t that hard though ✅
day 2 - it was a lot harder than yesterday! i didn’t wake up feeling sore but i hope it’s working! ✅
day 3 - i did it in sweatpants lol it keeps my energized ✅
day 4 - couldn’t do it because i was on a overnight trip ❌
day 5 - still on the trip ❌
day 6 - it was a lot easier! i see results in my strength but not body yet! ✅
day 7 - starting to see results! i really had no motivation but did it anywasy ✅
I am feeling like dying!! That's how I know this video is great!!!!

Before workout:
Stomach 76 mm
Waist 80 mm
Day 1: first day checking in! I skipped the sit up cuz I just can’t manage it but I manage to get through the whole routine. It doesn’t burn as much as I expected ( maybe cuz my form might not be correct ) but my legs were shaking during the exercise.
Day2: checking in for day two, so I did 3 sets today cuz I ate lots of carb n fried food today. I take my word back this exercise burnnnn 🔥 🔥. I don’t feel the burn until this morning and it hurts even when m bending. My stomach was killing me. But I’ll continue to do it until day 14. 🍀
Day3: signing in, I only did one set today 😢 too tired from the day. Maybe cuz ytd I did 3 today it didn’t burn as much. But I don’t restrict my diet like today I had hotpot 😂. I did notice I loss 0.5kg although it was not my intention to lose weight 😂
Day4: I did it only once again😢 but it’s less painful on my stomach now tho my leg still hurt

Day 1: Couldn’t make it all the way through since I did a different video of yours before this one. FELT THE BURN.
Day 2: Just did the Tone your whole body video, and finished this one all the way. Hoping to burn the stubborn fat on my waist.
Took a few days off, now restarting.
Day 1.2: Did the full body tone workout and this one to completion. Felt a bit easier but holy shit did I sweat my ass off.
Day 2.2: Did both workouts in the same order. Almost lost motivation during this one but kept pushing. Starting to notice my frame slimming out a tiny bit.
Why do i feel most of these exercises on my legs instead of my abs??
Ответитьdoing this for 2 weeks till the first day of highschool EVER. i really want to change and get that summer glow up ive aways wanted. right now after the first day i already know that this is gonna work and i will continue to do it everyday till then. a fact about me is i dont like when people say i cant do anything. ive always had a big problem with not chewing my nails. they have been so short for my whole life and last month i told my family i was going to stop. they said i was not going to and that ive been saying that for a long time. i told them to just wait and see and now a month later i now have nails the longest theve ever been and they havent been in my mouth once. why am i saying this is because some mean people started to say i was never going to lose weight and to just give up. sorta the same for my nails. so now i am going to do this challenge for the next 2 weeks and show them i can do it, and prove them wrong. i know i got this. i love my nails. and im going to love my body.
day 1: ✅ it went really well and im going to show them i could do it! i know im going to feel it tomorrow.
