ОтветитьI go 2 weeks between HIIT cycles (8-12 weeks), and I actually get bigger doing my breaks, because my body fulling recovers and rebuilds. But, after 3 weeks, I start to lose a tiny bit, but not really that much. Even if I got a month, as long as I do a little working out, even light weight, I maintain what I gained during the first 2 weeks break.

ОтветитьWas doing great for a whole year being consistent with training/diet. Tore my shoulder over 2 months ago and I’m Definetly not near where I used to be since then. Real skeptic to return because I still feel pain occasionally when I use that part of my shoulder.
But I can’t wait any longer, returning tomorrow I hope I healed long enough
I just hate having to go through the soreness again especially the legs
