There is also a Scythe in the Cliffbottom Catacombs in Liurnia if you cant get your hands on the Grave Scythe from skeleton mages - it has a bit weaker stats, roughly 20 physical damage less than the Grave Scythe.

Dude I've tried farming this weapon I dunno how many times and the assholes still won't drop it. Then again it took awhile to get the halo scythe so I'm probably just too impatient.
