So there was never any question I was going to return to this 20min DB Bicep workout. First off if you ever inspiration to what this routine will do for your biceps have a look at Carolines arms, simply incredible definition. Please do listen to the tips at the start and also throughout the session. These are really useful. How many times at the gym do you see the DB being swung during biceps curls. I'm learning less weight, more form, gives better results. Just have a look at the number of variations in this well constructed routine, all done at home, and hitting all the bicep. I used 10KG DB again and the pump is incredible. I love training arms especially when every curl hurts. Sunday HIIT to start the day and Sunday Biceps to end the day 💪. Proud to be one of the 200000 currently improving their fitness and just feeling brilliant, and for me building decent muscle is a bonus. 🤩🤩🤩 💯+💯. 🔥🔥🔥🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🥇🏋️♂️

ОтветитьDo Caroline Girvan's workouts build muscle? Look at her arms in this video! The size and shape of her muscles and the way they bulge during the workout is awe inspiring. It's strangely encouraging to see she is finding it as hard as you are whilst doing it. What I love about some of these older videos is she stands closer to the camera, the lighting is flattering and you can really appreciate what a magnificent physique she has. In some of the later Epic series (where she is in even more incredible shape) she is too far away from the camera and at times barely fills half of the screen. When you can see the actual muscles working, like you can in this one, it is highly motivating. A well structured, varied and challenging workout, that will make your muscle burn. 10/10 Caroline!

😭😩 I was crying 30% of the way through and had to drop three pounds per hand. My biceps are going to be SORE tomorrow, I know that much! I don’t know why I would expect anything else from CG! 😘
