ОтветитьThere u drink T-shirt colors, microplastics (from barrel), silicons from the silicon u left inside, and particles from all the substances bagged in that industrial products... it's a good example where to start, but it's absolutely "NOT healthy and safe water".
ОтветитьGreat video and very educational. Thanks for the information and the help.
ОтветитьGood stuff.
ОтветитьGreat video, exactly what I have been looking for, a single barrel gravity type water filter. Appreciate what you do my friend!
Ответитьwhy not elevate and drain through the bottom? cause more problems?

Ответитьfur das waschen ist das wasser perfekt aber fur das trinken werden sie sterben
ОтветитьI don't know what is your language. It sounds like somewhere near German or Russian language. Anyway I want to thank you for that good filtration system.
ОтветитьVERY useful things is tank , must to try at home to proper purify . Thank a lot of you
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьWide 👀 😅😅😳😳😳😳😳😳you can’t use bbq charcoal in a filter…………….. you’re gonna poison your whole family 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
ОтветитьHow about you place a net on the top gravel to easily filter any large contaminants?
ОтветитьWonderful!
Ответитьcharcoal change every few months?
ОтветитьExcellent video. Easy to construct, easy to understand.
Ответить👏
ОтветитьInstead of replacing the charcoal can you back wash it? Maybe hook a garden hose to your outlet and rinse backwards and flood the charcoal out the top of the barrel!
ОтветитьThank you for making and sharing this for those who need it
ОтветитьI always that it needed to be activated charcoal?
ОтветитьYou put the items in backwards. And you want gravel not stones.
You want to wash clean each item before putting them in the barrel.
Put the biochar in the bottom, sand in the middle, gravel not stones in the top. Fabric between each layer. Fill & drain the filter until water runs clear. Only now is the water safe to drink. The filter is good for approximately 3 years. Your choice whether you boil it first or not. I do not for rain water catchment with a first flush system added before storing water.
good man
ОтветитьThank you sir 👋👋👋
ОтветитьExcellent buddy ..being plumber by trade ...that's how we learnt water filtration takes place in large quantities ...well with mechanical means ofcourse
ОтветитьBrilliant
ОтветитьGood 👍 electricity free water filter. Thank you from INDIA.
ОтветитьThat is the "right" charcoal but I think you have to activate it. At least that is how I think it works with air filtration. My understanding is that without activation it will still do some filtering but that filtration will be significantly less than if you used activated charcoal.
ОтветитьHope anyone who drinks that water is ok lol probably shouldn't drink water from bbq charcoal. You guy been watching too many tiktoks
ОтветитьThis is so great, thank you for sharing this great idea!!!
ОтветитьMaking your own charcoal or use activated charcoal, the kind you get at pet stores
ОтветитьWonderful Man with a wonderful life-saving teaching. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for this! God bless you for your effort.
ОтветитьI am assuming it is not suitable to filter TAP water? We have all sorts of 'rubbish' in UK water. I would be grateful of someone advising. Many thanks
ОтветитьIam in Uganda Africa thx a lot
Ответитьgreat job thanks for the info
ОтветитьAdd a plant like tulsi basil,to the top section and it will assist absorbing toxicity
Ответитьwhat is the white fabric made of?
ОтветитьRobert,First let me say,my heart goes out to you and your fellow country people for the devastation and loss of lives that you all have had to endure. You did an excellent job at teaching us all a means of survival by making this video of a gravity induced water filter, and the way you did this was I can tell was given to us in great detail from you to all of us with brotherly love.I read your background resume and trust what you have showed us completely and I'm making mine tomorrow as you have taught us.. Thank you so very much Robert,do your best to stay out of harms way, and God Bless you my brother.. Gator Indiana,U.S.A. 🛐🥲❤👏
ОтветитьWhat kind of cloth was that that you put in between layers?
ОтветитьGreat demonstration. Except for the charcoal you basically made a sand filter used in the pool industry. And you are right about the charcoal. You used natural charcoal and not the commercial stuff that's pressed into briquets.
So, no expensive Berkey water filters. Just natural materials.
Excellent DIY projects
