I honestly love the double meaning that "will you choose yourself?" gains here: the fact that Eda kinda said that as "you may wish to force profiecies to work and not follow them blindly" and King's dad works with that as in "choose (for) yourself, since you're the one here"

I sometimes forget that Arin Hanson is genuinely a solidly ranged voice actor. I wouldn’t have been able to pick his voice out at all if I wasn’t looking for it.

Every time I re watch this part it just makes me sad.. Titan seems like such a humble and caring person and they never got the chance to be with his child. Also doesn't help that King is my favourite character too :c

I love how the Titan helps Luz overcome her guilt and gives her some advice on how to stop Belos.

I think the part that gives me literal goosebumps is just how the scene ends. He's done what he could, given everything he has, and its with Luz in power in one last hurrah for the land that grew out of HIS corpse.

This feels more like the Beginning of the End. The Titan that lived so long, finally ready to be at peace. This kind giant who's body became a world, having one last word with the human who became his son's sister.

The sheer chills of the real Beginning of the End.

The 'the hero dies and meets god, who gives them a pep talk and a moral lesson before letting them rejoin the fight' trope is a bit cliche but that doesn't mean it wasn't a really good and fun one

Love how I expected king's Dad to be all fierce and intimidating like any other god but in reality he's just... extremely chill retired dad.

I'd just like to imagine that he took on a smaller and more casual form to make Luz more comfortable and Luz straight up going internally "okay well my fatherless ass certainly needed this-"

The music towards the end of this scene from the series finale was just breathtaking. It's probably one of 3 score moments from the finale I've listened to the most. The other being Titan Luz theme and the finale 6 minutes with the Owl House theme extension.

Kingdom Hearts vibes in the beginning with Luz in the water reminded me of Sora

What I love most about this, in the end, is that the Titan is in fact a supremely humble and kind being. He bares nothing but fondness and good will for the life that has spawned from his remains and expresses genuine remorse for his own mistakes. He is, essentially, the antithesis of Belos.

Id like to point out that the Titan's "true form" sinking into the land of the dead STILL isn't as big as he actually got. Maybe Titans are shapechagers and when they die all the compacted mass spreads out?
