New here, from Michigan, USA. I'm a 53 y/o widow wanting to gain strength
Ответитьall this exercises require strong knees. are there gluteus exercises for those with wekaer knees?
ОтветитьGreat for a person with great knees. I would have to work up to most of these exercises.

Is standing in a doorway, keeping your back erect, using your semi-outstretched arms to keep your balance, whilst bending your knees with your feet slightly apart and pointing forward, of any use?
ОтветитьThank you
Ответитьwhat is lateral rotation weakness ?
ОтветитьHow soon after gbs diagnosed does plasmapharesis have to be done
ОтветитьHas anyone tried those exercises and if so did you feel any connection with that muscle?
ОтветитьI have a question. I have been trying all of this exercises but I never actually feel it till 15 reps of glute bridges and 15 reps of hip thrust. Idk how to push from the hills, I don't know what that means at all. Also, this has nothing to do with the video but why do I shake when doing kickbacks, fire hydrant, glute bridges and hip thrust. I try to embrace my core but it just makes it worse. I'm only focusing on activation because my glutes are very weak for some weighs at the moment.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьP** ass advice, shit excersize
ОтветитьI had two hip ops so thanks for your advice , im trying differentt excercises to keep fit and strong these are great for me
ОтветитьThanks a million for your help

ОтветитьGluteus Maximus- A Roman soldier
Ответить“My name is Gluteus Maximus Aurelius, Commander of the Buttox, loyal servant to the true emperor, The One Who Squats. Father to a murdered posture, husband to a murdered hip. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."
ОтветитьIs It an indication that my glutes are weak because In all of these exersices my quads are firing too much compared to my glutes?
ОтветитьI have job that I sit at all day, I am a senior and now have butt pain in right side that extends into right leg down to foot. What exercise can I do at my desk to alleviate pain?
ОтветитьCan we use prone straight leg raises for strengthening the gluteus maximus?
ОтветитьTja, ihr müsstet vielleicht ergänzen, wie oft man diese Übungen machen oder bestimmte Positionen halten soll.
ОтветитьKai,
Glute Max exercise had my hip and femur poping... no hurt mind you. Is this normal as my left hip, glutes, and quads went from elete athlete traing to walking, some medball and sedentary work for past 13 years. I am 65 years old and otherwise in great shape. I welcome your thoughts. Thank you!
some of these exercises are same as ones for gluteus medius. Need cautionary note for deep knee bends that knee should not go forward of ball of toe. If knee goes too far forward puts undue pressure on knee. What should patients concentrate on first? Glut meduius first or glut maximus??
ОтветитьMan I did the step down at PT and my knee was annhilated immediately. Then we tried the rear lunge and again my knee cried out in horrible agony. I suppose this is all due to my glute for that old injured knee. Should I include PT specific exervcises into a workout routine or just stick with my PT exercises until....forever?
ОтветитьNicely explained
ОтветитьGreat video , i`have question , when doing all this exercise my glutes want fire properly , hamstrings and back muscles but never glutes , I realize there are inhibited by something! Any sugestion or advice please , thx in advance!
Ответитьthis is just a cut and paste of the glute medius exercises lol
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I'm gonna try some of these exercises and some of your gluteus medius exercises to help treat my PFPS. I already started to strengthen my vastus medialis which seems to help quite a bit already. Anyway like your clear and informative videos. Have nice day!
Ответитьشكراا
ОтветитьOk but some of this seem even really hard for healthy people (or me) :o
Amazing exercises indeed!

ОтветитьTerrific
ОтветитьGreat video thanks guys.
ОтветитьTop. Thanks a lot !
ОтветитьHow do you guys feel about patients using a leg press machine and/or lunges for global strengthening including the glute max?
