This is ironically the perfect example of why I disdain buildings with a gap in them (excluding bridges). Because if there was another fire at the other end of the building, bye-bye people in the middle.

Could have been ISIS-K. A little satellite imagery would find them easily if you know what to look for. The CIA often uses a single source supplier and often made in America and often a manufacturer located near DC or Virginia. What you see in one country you will see in another thousands of miles away. ISIS and their affiliates are actually very easy to locate if anyone makes any effort at all.

Use only polycarbonate (not incendiary) for thermal insulation, with air minim few centimeters free between polycarbonate and walls, fixed on segments of few centimeters deep, air free on vertical direction, manage the air passive flow on upper part of the system, so to don't lose heat but only as necessary, segments fixed on walls also, instead of any incendiary materials.
