Top 10 Best Indie Game Trailers 2018 - Get Indie Gaming

If a game has Microsoft or similar as their publisher, it isn't indie for me.
This doesn't mean that these games are any less great than what they are, but when I think of indie, I think of projects made by 1-5 people who work on an almost zero budget, from their garage or basement, having no publisher and thus being "independent" ... you get the idea.
I would love for there to be an actual description for those kind of projects that does not include projects that have a budget in the millions and a publisher.

did you ever cover rain world? for us it's definitely the best game ever made. never before and after anything else would touch us like rain world. it's such a life-like intense experience full of beauty. it's very difficult in the original mode but also very rewarding. even the unfairness and the weird controls make it even more special and exciting. and there is so much to explore, from the big world and it's secrets to the movement of the slugcat to how you can interact with the other lifeforms. it definitely gets attention but had to mention it since there are not enough people knowing about it. wondering how not way more indie gamers see how amazing it is. the character design, the world, the sound, the music, the engine, ..everything about it is special. it came out last year and of course there's a beautiful trailer as well and it just got a nice new trailer for the switch release this december :)

These games look insane and I will work towards one day being able to be a part of a team that can make a game on this level

while AAA games go down in quality indies go up. looking at you fallout. just bought deep rock galactic and no mans sky on the steam sale.

I loved all the trailers! Vane and Ori were my favorites but they were all amazing. So much indie I have to play and yet to play.

The release announcement trailer of Vane took me with great surprise.
This game was announced and teased so long ago and all of a sudden: Release in less then a month!
