Who required the company to enclose the conveyor?
Ответитьsomething I find odd isn't so much that they ignored the safety concerns, but the amount of loss from that much sugar just falling onto the floor.
ОтветитьIt's not like sugar isn't a comon ingredient in amateur rockets
ОтветитьYou folks provide excellent videos. I only hope the people in power at organizations are watching them.
ОтветитьAnything flammable that's in small particles and mixed with the air will create a fireball or explosion. This was done with sawdust in a barrel and a leaf blower a while back in several viral videos.
ОтветитьSweet.
ОтветитьWhod a thought sugar was flammable, let alone potentially explosive.
If I worked there Id literally just not be concerned about all the dust because I wouldnt have assumed some crystals would ignite, like, ever.
2023 and this kind of crap still happens, because crap management and total lack of care about safety and more about money. I've worked in food and chemical facilities across the US and all of them but one ever really put any effort at all into safety.
ОтветитьSugar nightmare
ОтветитьMassive Cream-O-La
ОтветитьThese videos are addicting. I've already binge watched 20 of them today.
ОтветитьThank you for posting this documentary.
ОтветитьOSHA is still silent. I guess more people need to die before OSHA gets their act together.
Ответитьdidnt know suggar was explosive
ОтветитьI wonder if it was possible for these workers to get diabetes from inhaling the sugar dust daily?
ОтветитьIts amazing that to this day people die because of ignorant workers not understanding BASIC things like dangerous dust!
ОтветитьWhoever makes these animations, I wish you the very best in life, as you've entertained me for quite a good while
ОтветитьGod bless the men and women who were just trying to feed their families and keep the thug irs off their backs
ОтветитьCould cocaine dust potentially explode the same way? Asking for a friend
ОтветитьGeorgia has some bad accidents at food processing plants. Look up “Foundation Food Group nitrogen accident”. The state needs to do better
ОтветитьIt seems such an " innocent " product🥵
ОтветитьThe management should have been jailed for criminal negligence and manslaughter!
ОтветитьSugar kills more people though causing obesity, which leads of heart issues, which is the leading cause of death. But I love sugar.
ОтветитьTypical America. Refusing to pay people to make sure that every aspect of the machinery is cleaned regularly and maintained regularly.. The callousness of management with regard to their workers is so high that’s why they didn’t do drills because they don’t care all they care about is their paychecks
ОтветитьSuger dust🤯
ОтветитьHow many died of diabetes from all of that produced sugar. Payback time
ОтветитьAh yes sugar dust, a famously fire proof substance
Ответитьcriminal negligence.
ОтветитьI agrée. They are excellent!!!
ОтветитьAnyone else reminded of the Pennsylvania chocolate factory explosion?
ОтветитьThis sounds like my plant, “ as long as it’s running, keep going!”
ОтветитьWho is here after the horrific explosion at the RM Palmers Chocolate Factory? Keeping everyone in my prayers.
ОтветитьHopefully, the RM Palmer Company fire doesn't prove to be a failure to avoid this same issue.
ОтветитьEverything is combustible when in powder form!
ОтветитьSuperb
ОтветитьWow this was very informative, bcoz i never thought that sugar dust could explode like this.
ОтветитьSee, dust fires/explosions are one of those things I do worry about with my job. In the manufacturing plant I work in, we have a lot of paper fibers and cardboard dust floating about. We have collection systems and we clean it up multiple times a day, but it still is a threat.
ОтветитьIt was a sugar storm
ОтветитьMy science teacher told me about this today! I feel bad for the workers
Ответить"The company enclosed the conveyor belt.." and it was at this moment, I knew they eff'd up.
ОтветитьWithout the owners and bosses protecting their workers by regulating the workplace they will continue to be killed while lazy bosses save money for the company.
ОтветитьWe were literally right across the street when this happened. Ever since I keep my sugar in the fridge where it's less likely to catch fire. 😢RIP
Ответитьwhats with the sad music?
Ответить"Sugar Dust Explosion" Sounds quite soft
But looking at this factory.. damn
So 14 workers died from sugar explosions. But millions die prematurely every year from EATING sugar... Cancer, Heart disease, Diabetes, Dementia, Depression & Schizophrenia, COPD, Kidney disease and NAFLD, all that and more is caused by eating sugar...
ОтветитьSugar should be banned anyway. Sugar makes you ill and no one should be ingesting that sh*t...
ОтветитьI remember when this was in the news and my dad muttering something about cheap bastards
ОтветитьLet's not forget second-degree murder or at least manslaughter charges against the owners of the company. If not wrongful death lawsuits filed by the victim's families either way it should probably bankrupt the company
ОтветитьWhy am I hooked onto these videos? 😂 I’m binge watching all them … is it the commentator or what.
Ответить
