How to Load DataSet in Jupyter Notebook & How to do Preprocessing of Image Dataset - Deep Learning

How can we get to know that the image's are loading or not?

Can anyone tell imutils paths Error solution.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ' imutils '.
Please please someone give a solution

I am not able to import paths which has shown in this video.
