After 18 month they have gave rating but not promoted us. We all batch asked them about delay in promotion HR said that we are not going to hike the salary and they will not gave the promotion as well😢

Bro, we get to think of Promotion and Salary only after joining. Capgemini is taking forever for giving onboarding. Candidates are now hopeless and really in depression. Please if you can convey this to the higher authority. Kindly request them to give some date or something so that we can be at least be sure that we will get it for sure. Else everyday it's becoming hard to answer relatives and friends about job.
