someone help, i am unable to install the app after offloading and it and its telling to try later but nothing worked.

Mine says “sorry we can not find matching credentials” I’ve tried to restart my WiFi I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app I tried to change my password but it still won’t let me log in. Someone please help
