Why doesn't Sonny kill Tommy? - He did nothing wrong, he served time for the family, he's a made man, you can't kill a made guy just like that, so he sends him out of reach so that Tommy can't take his revenge. Ofc Tommy knew who betrayed him. Ofc he was waiting 15 years to kill Sonny for this. Sonny didn't know this but in order to make sure he never knew what happened he sent him out of reach so that after Tommy makes his drug empire he would have a reason to kill him and take over while other families would think Tommy was in the drug business giving Sonny a reason to kill him.

You should have an "actual" and "actually" counter.

an example is Salvatore Tessio when he betrayed Michael Corleone
Michael ordered Tom Hagen to Take Sal outside the compound so he can Whack him
dispite the respect everyone in the Mafia respect Sal but if there is a treason then there is no other way around it

I decided to do some math on this. Assuming one count of second degree murder (the original target, assuming there actually was one) and two counts of voluntary manslaughter (I can see a good mob lawyer arguing the rest as self-defense), federal sentencing guidelines would specify a low of 27 years. I can imagine a good plea deal lowering that to the 20-25 year range.

Lance doesn't have an italian background and he has proven he is a judas. Doesn't matter if it was in Sonny's favor; when you're capable of betrayal, that's all that will be expected of you.

I know this is late but, and this is basing it off today's laws in NY, 15 years actually makes sense. That's an obvious case of self defense, so he wouldn't have been convicted of any of those murders. In fact, if any of them lived, they probably would have had an even more serious charge, any crime committed with 4 or more people is considered gang activity and comes with an automatic felony. My guess is he would have been charged with illegal possession of a firearm with intent to commit a crime (because it's almost impossible to get a permit for a pistol unless its for a job and good luck explaining having any other weapon besides a pistol in the city) and probably conspiracy. Not the exact wording in the penal code but just a baseline. Probably had a few other charges as well but with just those 2, 15 years is kind of heavy handed. Otherwise, great video!

It was like, 15 years, barely even noticed you were gone, didn't even miss you. It was basically like you did nothing and it all for nothing.

Well sonny had a plan with his old friend tommy just to work with him to do a favor for sonny just to set him up and lie to tommy that the drugs and the money are gone but the reason sonny has them so tommy spoke on the phone with sonny that he is going to find them and kill them so tommy was doing his own thing without letting him know that he was going to be rich without telling his friend sonny so sonny what he did he send Lance to find tommy to see what is he up to and they became friends but tommy didn't know that Lance is working with his other friend sonny so there was meeting with him just get rid of him

Is this is a real story that happen in real life or is just making it up for the game
