Do you know why my glands under my jaw would swell?

Dr what do I do now, because of lockdown started few months ago they refused to help me removing the stone and now my gland are swollen permanently, not around the gland like in the beginning, the submandibular gland are hard and the size of dove egg. I’ve had this for years but is now getting bad. I used to pull out tiny stones in same spot on the pic in this video. Almost too small to see. It’s relief when that happens. Now mine is trapped and is pretty painful. Very painful upon eating.

Hmm, shows my comment was erased. I was saying after having this pain on and off for over a year. A doctor finally diagnosed my gland pain as being my salivary gland being blocked. Now it's at it's worst, and I cannot get any kind of relief, now it is constant pain from the moment I wake up till the time I go to bed, and goes down my neck. I'm currently on a steroid pack, and they gave me Naproxin, but I don't like how the Naproxin made me feel, so just doing the steroid pack, but still no relief so far. The doctor said when he seen me that it appeared very red and very swollen. No doctors before him bothered to check into my issue, even though I told them it was so painful. Finally I got one that listened to me. I also had assumed maybe it was from my Lyme disease, because I was told by Lyme friends that gland pain was common with our disease, but then I found out about the salivary gland thing, and this makes sense. I just want it to be gone, I hope this medicine starts working soon, as so far nothing has changed. I'm so miserable right now.

For a long time I was told from my Lyme support group, that Lyme causes pain in the glands, but now I know it's that my gland is blocked, because the doctor said it appears very red and swollen in the area. I'm so miserable right now from so much pain, it's gotten so bad it goes all the way down in my neck. I'm on a steroid pack right now, but so far, the pain won't let up at all. I'm totally miserable at the moment. :(
