Can "diskpaay:grid" be applied directly to the "<body>"? Wouldn't this make more sense semantically?

this is an amazing lecture. I always found you a better teacher for me only hahaha. You are great. but please if you can make more videos about the css grid. because I really need to understand it a bit more. I learn slow but i want to learn. thank you :)

Could I always use grid to design all my websites or should I use grid only when the layout isn't the straight forward traditional layout? Grid reminds me of tables in MS Word or InDesign.

i did the excact same thing (just wrote every word you wrote) but this "grid-template-areas" doesnt work.
there is no diffrence if i delete this.
any idea why it wont work?

I tried your codes using that grid and it did not work on my website it wont show the color🙂 but i copy the same code . Please help me with this

I've watched at least 4 videos today (OK yesterday) on CSS grids. This is by far the easiest to follow, or am I saying that because it was the forth one I've watched. In any case I am actually starting to understand it and can follow along.

You can remove the 104 times you used the phrase "go ahead and" and the video will be clearer and shorter. Rather drink the coffee than go ahead and drink the coffee.

hey man idk if you d respond but i have a problem with the syle . css and, when in my prpoject i have to pages one info and the other index only the info page will use that syle i wrote in the syle.css
