Vihari and pujara might seem impressive with their defence but with a mentality like that, team India cannot outperform the opponents,
Pujara 101 balls 2 runs,
Vihari 114 balls 9 runs, this gives the opponent much more confident towards winning the game rather than saving it and Aussies with on the attack but since pant start to score quick runs the Aussies were on the back foot again to save the match

I realized one thing they never mentioned Vihari's hamstring got pulled. (they did mention it in the description but I do not think many people read that) that is why he was surviving not trying to make run.
